The information we require from your attorney varies from case to case. In an auto accident case, we require an accident report, damages itemization and insurance information. Depending on the case, we may need to see some medical records as well. Our consumer protection privacy policy is available for viewing on our website.
You can receive funding in any amount. Our minimum advance is $500. There is no maximum limit to the amount of funding you may receive. Funding amounts are determined solely by the facts of your case.
The advance is paid back directly from your settlement. You make no payments until you win or settle your case. If you happen to lose your case, you keep the advance and owe us nothing.

Yes, we can only provide settlement funding if you have an attorney. Your attorney has the information we need to evaluate your case for a lawsuit loan. If you don’t have an attorney, contact us and we may be able to assist you in finding one.
Once approved for a lawsuit loan, there are two ways to sign the contract and receive funding:
- We email you an Adobe E-signature contract you can open, click and sign online. Then we will either wire the funds to your specified bank account or overnight a check to your home address, or:
- We overnight the contract and check to your attorney’s office where you can sign the contract and pick up a check.
Once the contract is signed, we will notify your attorney of the advance and we wait for your settlement.
No, your credit score does not matter when you apply for a lawsuit loan. We don’t ask for it, never will. Only the facts of your case matter in our decision to advance funding.
