Our standard interest rate is 2.99% per month.  Interest accrues on a monthly basis, it is not compounding.  If you can find a lower rate, call us and we will meet or beat any other qualifying rate.

We do not charge a processing fee, application fee or any other fee.  If you request a wire transfer or overnight check delivery, our charge is $35.  There is no mandatory minimum interest charge on any advance.

We can get you funded in as little as 24 hours!  Most of our contracts are handled by electronic signature.  You can sign the contract and receive funding without leaving your home.  We are waiting on your call.
